What exactly will be in the gift basket I order?
We have a large selection of gourmet foods. We will ask your budget, the occasion (birthday, baby, condolence,) and a little about the person receiving the gift basket (allergies, how many people will share the basket, themed etc.). If you’d like sweet, savory or both, also if you would like to include wine. The gift basket is then hand crafted to your specifications. We also have our complete catalog of our best selling baskets at queeneileens.com to choose from. Our gourmet food selection changes and kept up to date on the latest tasty items, so we cannot always guarantee the exact same product shown in our catalog, although we always guarantee satisfaction.
Do you have fruit baskets?
Yes, but they should be ordered a day before delivery or pick up to assure the freshest fruit. We never ship fruit as we can’t guarantee the freshness at delivery.
What kind of beer and wine do you put in the gift baskets?
We carry a fine selection of wine and beer. Our house brand changes from time to time according to the most popular tastes. We do carry higher end labels and our basket designer would be glad to read you the current menu at the time of ordering.
Do you ship Chocolate?
We do ship chocolate in the cooler months, especially during the holidays. Late spring and summer are the months we change the type of confections we add to our gift baskets.
Can you deliver a gift basket today?
We deliver weekdays to local San Diego communities. It is best to order your basket as early in the day as possible, so the basket designers have time to create your order. The truck usually leaves at noon and most deliveries are at their destination by 5pm. We do guarantee deliveries to businesses by 5pm. On weekends the rate changes. Please refer to our Delivery Service Rate Sheet for complete information on our delivery rates.
Can I get a gift basket to anywhere in the US overnight.
Yes. The shipping calculator will tell you the added expense of custom shipping. Otherwise we always ship UPS ground plus a small packaging fee.

If I need a special item for my gift basket that you do not carry, what kind of cost will I incur?
If we need to go out to shop for specialty items to be put into your gift basket ( special wine, specific brand named products etc. ) we charge a $25 personal shopping fee and an additional 20% to the cost of the item. If it is an item that is easily accessible from the corner store, (magazines, sodas and such) there will be no added charge.
Can I order multiple baskets for corporate events?
Absolutely. It is best to call us and discuss your order with Queen Eileen to insure that your order is a perfect representation of your company.
What type of payment do you accept?
Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We will mail, fax or e-mail your invoice to you if you desire.
